Processing time

After payment is received, orders are sent to our suppliers for order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Processing can take 1–4 days.

Shipping time

Shipping time is separate from processing time. Deliveries to the United States typically take 7–14 days after shipment. Delivery times for other countries may vary.

Shipping charges

Free shipping is available on select products. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, use the tracking number or link in that email to follow your shipment. Tracking may not be available for every shipping service.
